Walk up and fill up feeder

Anybody out there ever build one out of a 55 gallon barrel?

Bought 3 barrels off Craigslist for $15 each...close to building feeders. I'm replacing the plastic moultree barrels.

It's the hog panel type grating. It has a little over 2" holes.
I told the last guy that bought one from me that if he wants smaller holes, he can add a smaller mesh on top of this.

Did you built the control unit yourself?

I bought one on here awhile back. It's good except I would have the 1 inch angle iron that the barrel sits on and is welded to turned up. With it hanging down it knocks down the range the corn is thrown significantly. Very convenient thou.
