They need look no further than West Virginia and what they did in Lubbock.

I thought surely Texas was going to play press like they did against ISU. Against Tech, it will be a long day if they are off. Of course, Baylor has the wr to make you pay for that too though.

and LOL at Baylor only giving 3 points. That's easier money than last week with KSU.

Ugh. I fully expect us to give KD a 20 yard cushion. But.......he'd burn press coverage with our corners anyway.

After Aggie game I never again will say "easy money" based on a vegas spread....unless of course I get an inside tip from a ref

it was a joke and a play on those blaming the officiating for the loss... put away the pitch forks..

Yep. Different regime now so anything possible but the old guard wouldn't take him.

Michael, we will see you at the tailgate at some point, don't know yet whether we will be full participants or just fly-by. I am bringing a special guest who is flying in from Japan. What time will the dunking take place?

They're still trying to decide between 4:17 and 5:17 (at this point I think it'll be the latter.)

You can't possibly believe that. So you think Kentucky, Vanderbilt, Missouri, and Miss St. Could be OU, WVU, and Baylor?

I'm not sure I've seen anybody blaming the refs for the loss. They missed a few calls, as they will in any game. I was good with both no-calls on the field for targeting, but it was frustrating that they chose to review one and didn't even take a look at the first, initially citing "not a defenseless player" and then correcting it to be "didn't lead with the crown" (according to CBS when they contacted the league office.)

They lost because Alabama is (currently) a much better team. The O-line wasn't as good as they've been all year, which resulted in 5 sacks (for 56 yards in losses) and the blown up exchange that resulted in the Allen td. Washington's roughing penalty swung the momentum back to Bama, and Bama capitalized with the offensive and defensive scores. That's what great teams do. The Ags aren't there...yet.

I like this team's approach, whether they win or lose. Fans look ahead, compare stats, calculate matchups based on common opponents, overreact to missed tackles or touchdown plays and refs' calls (or no-calls) and cuss Danielson/Verne for being homers. The team doesn't lament missed opportunities, and all season long -win or lose - have only talked about practicing hard every day to get better and seeing how that translates on the field on Saturday before "going back to work" on Monday to fix any old/new issues.

The last two seasons, the Alabama loss sent those teams into a spiral from which they couldn't recover. I think (hope) this loss will only galvanize this team to work harder to be better.

Lot 97, directly across Joe Routt from north entrance Reid.

Big rumor today is that Tom Herman to #Longhorns is "all but offical." Reliable sources saying what has been suspected for awhile now.

Be just as mediocre as it is now. Bad choice. Kissing Herman hasn't done enough. Also, Duane Akina would be a great person to right the D.
