The announcers are idiots. The call was a fumble, recovered by Texas, hence why the next play was 3rd and 11. Baylor declined the holding call.

Naw, you need to rewind it and watch it again. Swoopes recovered it. The announcers keep talking about an incomplete pass signal, that signal is the Baylor coach declining the holding penalty on the play. At least that is what I saw when I hit rewind...
