I remember those days with my daughters and am looking forward to them with the grandkids. I read something awhile back about not using the newer coat hangers for this because of some kind of coating on them now. I'm not sure what it is but I do know you can't weld with the new ones like you used to be able to.

Use a rake to cook all the dogs at once. Saves a ton of time and wasted food dropped into the fire. Oh and wear at least one ear plug at all times cause girls live to scream!

Coat hangers will let each one do their own. It will be more fun for them. I'm sure the dog will be hanging around looking for the droppings.

I'm actually glad it got postponed. Now I have time to plan games to play, get some music together, snacks, etc.. We're going to have good time. Ol Pops lives to make Alexis happy.
