personal experience,
no cohabitation clauses are unenforceable. if you try to get it enforced, you end up looking like an ***** and it costs a lot of money. the no-cohabitation clauses are only enforceable by civil suit... which is a pain. I was in your shoes almost word for word 6 years ago. it will get easier man... you can't control what she does in her life. if she chooses to shack up with someone, so be it. just focus on your kids, and remaining in their lives as much as possible. after 5 years of bickering with my ex, I now have 50/50 custody of my children, am remarried, and things couldn't be better for us.
prayers to ya bud.
