    TxBHT08,
I am an Army guy, too. I can give you advise, but I will not do it inside of an open forum. I will send you a PM. Thanks.

It won't be enough to get the kids but most divorces in Texas has a morality clause. Just make sure you get that. In my experience, it just forced them to get married quicker(what my ex did). You just make sure you keep the kiddos best interest priority.

Unfortunately, this is probably the best you can hope for.
Unless the guy presents some sort of danger to your kids, there really isn't much you can do.
You can't tell your ex who she lives with, just the same as she can't tell you who you live with.

Unless it has changed, and I don't think it has, this is wrong. You can even tell her what counties she is limited to living in.

                Good to know.
I ended up with custody of my son, but my lawyer never mentioned anything about any of that.
I didn't realize the state would restrict the legal activities of your ex.

Congrats on custody. I ended up with custody as well, but it was a 3 yr battle, and in the meantime there was a morality clause. It was a lifesaver for me and my sanity.

Don't give up, fight for your rights. Get a lawyer, you have rights too.

Sorry to hear this. You're way better off without that thing in your life. I've walked in your shoes and I can tell you it gets better. Keep your head up and take care of those kids and God will take care of all.
