    Harbor freight mini chop saw with abrasive blade. That is what I use and then a few spins on an arrow squaring device and they are perfect.

            Basically the same thing as a saw for arrows. Been doing the this for years. I made a little jig out of wood I can set the dremel in on my pops table saw. If you have a surface you can use its actually cheaper than buying a specific saw and you can use the dremel for other projects.

              In a pinch, a fine triangular file will work on carbon arrows without splitting or damaging them. Wouldn't want to do 40 arrows like this, but a few is no problem -- 3 or 4 strokes and rotate a little, then repeat until finished. Gotta be patient, though. Less than 5 minutes per arrow.
