I don't know what race, religion, creed, this guy was. Don't care if he was for Hillary or Trump, but I can tell you this isn't a police officer problem that has taken over many parts of this country. This is a cultural thing. I've worked with inner city kids going on seventeen years now and hatred for police is burned into their heads from the day they could walk and talk, be it black, white, or brown. I've had a thousand conversations with kids about decision making and how they are responsible for putting themselves in situations that can lead to violence. "mister, what would you do if a police officer cussed you out, or tased you" and I keep going back to the why are you in this position in the first place? I try tell them that the police are there for them, to protect and serve like it says. They don't buy it, they only see the police taking their fathers, brothers, mothers and whoever away in cuffs or worse. This is their reality and a possibility for their futures. I've seen too many kids on the news that I know personally and had this exact conversation with them.

Okay...I'm done. Unless anyone else want's to try defend a person for not listening to 4-5 police officers with guns drawn on them?!!

The only thing we know for sure is the media will sensationalize it for a good story way before the details are ever released.

As always. Headlines and editorials are already all over the country saying "Oklahoma man killed for having a stalled car." "Police kill unarmed man with hands up." and so on... subsequently, we're seeing riots, burning (black neighborhoods, of course), lootings, etc. News agencies who print stuff like that should be subject to legal action of some kind, it's ridiculous.

I almost wonder if she was charged just so that the evidence could not be released for a while and to appease the "entitled" mob who are demanding they see the evidence before the grand jury does.
