Glad it all worked out. Also do get hung up on paper tuning. Once you broadhead tune your bow it will be out of papertune most times. If your bow is grouping well that is the ticket

Glad it worked out. I've never had any issues with BT's customer service, in fact I've had nothing but good service from them.

idk, I own a bowtech bow and it's one of the best compound bows I have personally ever shot. It shoots a quarter sized grouping like it's nothing. Maybe I'm just a lucky one!

No sir I have a Bowtech Guardian bow since late 07 with no issues! That makes at least two good bows

No I sold my diamond marquis that I had for years . And I have my recurve as a back up. I have 3 kiddos and a wife that hunt so my back up bow funds tend to go towards making sure everyone has equipment lo .
So, just for sake of being thorough.

Have you thought that maybe you're torquing the bow?

Can you actually see a warping?

I hated the carbon riser grip myself, way too blocky and easy to induce torque. It's just a thought

Same here, I bought an assassin in either 2011 or 2012 and it has been nothing short of great for me. I love it!

I'm glad things worked out for you and hopefully the new one won't have the same issues.

But on a different note- reading this post made me think the exact same thing Speedgoat posted. It seems like you sold your 'old' bow (problem bow) to fund the new one and that Bowtech is overnighting your new purchase... Thanks for the clarification.

I bought a new Carbon Icon and couldn't get it to tune. Brought it to 2 bow shops found out that the riser was warped causing the string to be way out of line. To the point that I had the rest as far out as possible and still got 3 inch tears. Returned the bow at which time I was told nothing was wrong with it they reset it to factory specs?? The string however was 1/2 an inch or so closer to being in line and there were bow press marks on the limbs. It still had a maxed out rest and 1.5 inch tears. Their solution was for me to get rid of the rest that I paid their RAK package price for and install a whisker bisquit so it could adjust further. I'm not willing to accept that. I missed my elk hunt and now have no prep time for whitetail season. Never again will I buy their products And this is my 3rd bowtech bow.
Yessir, I had some issues with their quality assurance years back...I wont buy their product.
