THB has been my family before I even moved to Texas. I have met some wonderful, wonderful people on here over the past ten years. Yeah, really bitter-sweet moment for me.

There's a couple of people I wanna thank for being true to me all these years.

Michael "Boss Man" Middleton and fam: Boss, you were one of the first members I've met. You have an amazing family that in some weird way, I feel attached to (I wonder why...[emoji23]). We'll be back for Nanza '17. Love you guys.

Gary "Stinkbelly" Withagher: My partner in crime. I've never met anyone in my life with so much zeal for ALL TYPES of hunting like you. We've shared the same lease since I moved to Texas and have been on countless hunts together. You're the sole reason I became a quack head. Lol. Thanks for being my brother. Love ya man.

Eric "Texasbound" Lee: Oohrah, devil dog! You were the first person off the GS I hunted with and I am glad to have you as a brother. Good thing you live on the other side of town. Oh, the ply double to be had.... I'll be there in your big day![emoji6]Semper Fi. Love ya bro.

To the guys on my group txt:
      Skylar "TexasWicked1"
      Sean "txdukkllr"
      Steve "jooger17"
      WT "WT"
      Chris "ntxjeep"
      Ronnie "MitchBCS"
      Gabriel "gpeña"
      Gerard "popup_menace"
      Gerald
Travis "TXBLKCLD" Johnson: proverbs 27:17 says iron sharpens iron, so shall one person sharpens another. I have had the privilege of having a strong support group of Christian brothers to keep in straight and for that, I thank y'all. Love you guys.

Mike "Texasgrown" Berry and Lenny "Squiggy" Moore: Listen folks, you'll be hard pressed to find any more nicer or giving people on the green screen. Both men will give you the shirts off their backs and I thank them for that. They are my brothers for life. Love you guys.

Jeff "FishnDadio" Scott: you were one of the first TBH'ers I met as well. You have been a brother to me and I love you like one. Gonna miss you. Send my love to Lyn.

Jason "Smart" Smart: Man, we've laffed together, fought each other, and laffed some more together. You know, is big dudes gotta stick together! I promise I won't tell anyone you're a closet cheesehead. [emoji6] love ya brother.

I'm am throughly disappointed[emoji24]. This whole time I thought you were from Texas. You dropped a few points on the cool scale.

You an gain those points back if you hook my up on a hunt in Wisconsin.

Did I see where Leon had changed his mind about moving or was that a dream I had?

It's final. I rejected the offer. They changed their relocation plan to just a lump sum of $5k. That isn't enough. We're talking $10K plus. I didn't think I should come out the pocket for a move when Lockheed Martin makes money hand over fist.

5 years ago my wife got 40K plus a months salary for upgrades on our new house for a relocation and we used almost every penny. They also paid $1700 a month for our montage until we sold our house in Charlotte, which ended up being 18 months. If a company wants you to move bad enough they will pay for it. I think you made a good decision.

It paid for closing cost on our new house, closing cost on our old house, the move and any expenses we had along the way. Some of those expenses were new drivers licenses, and several thousand dollars in tax fees for registration. For some reason we had to repay the tax value on our cars when we moved to Louisiana and it was around 4K. I remember talking to my wife about how someone could move to Louisiana and be expected to pay that kind of money after a move.

With a 5k moving package we would have been in the hole 25k for moving, closing cost, and registering our vehicles.

Nealla and Jason Mears: y'all been family to Kimberly and I. I love you guys with my every being. I'm your herpes: one day out of the blue, I'll pop up again. [emoji23]love y'all.

Not sure when I report date is, but I'm trying to stretch it out as long as possible to squeeze in one last hunting season in before I travel to the frozen tundra. [emoji12]
