Farthest bow kill?

Chipmunk at 237, in the dark, with a freezing cross wind, on a mountain, sleeting. Wasn't as hard as it sounds, I practiced the shot for 6 months while cross fit training with Cam Hanes. Only water I had for 3 days was out of a muddy hoof print, and I was glad to get it. Stalk of a lifetime. Did a full body mount, and donated the meat to the local Monks. (hats off)

If i wasn't there i would have never believed it!!! Awesome detail on the mount too.

it was a 2 hour old albino chipmunk that was 4 foot underground in a hole, but your correct an adult in those conditions would be easy. And hanes was inside my backpack i had to carry him the last 27 miles up the mountain as he gave out. My tackle was a home made bow and arrow using an authentic tip that gar guy found.
