    I would say black gun or black tupelo.

    look at the limbs and see if they are growing parallel to the ground. They will start changing colors very soon. This is the first tree to start changing.

      New pics, the limbs aren't growing parallel but upon looking closer there is some type of round fruit growing on the branches, hopefully shows up in the pic

            Also known a Chittamwood and Woolybucket tree.
