Never know until you try. I've had pretty decent success about every 3 years been drawn for something so far archery whitetail and private land antlerless. Guess that's not great when someone said they've been drawn every year but it's better than others who've been waiting 10 years. I have gone standby though and your more likely to get drawn that way.
I'm sitting on about 6 points for most categories hoping I'll get tag somewhere this year but I didn't apply for the easier ones either so I'm not holding my breath. Struck out on gator so far but we only had 3pts in thatComment

I put in for only mule deer archery 3 years ago and got nothing...
Last year I mixed it up and put in for 6 or 7... nothing...
This year I put in for 24 including youth hunts and so far I got Matador archery deer, and still hoping for a mule tag
