If you are fishing the surf, your best bet will be trout. Get some good sized croaker (4 to 5 inchers), find the third sandbar and cast back to the shore. I only wade fish but this is what I have been told. I will say this, when fishing with croaker, make sure you pop the heck out of them..make'em croak!
