Good news. I have to say it's really odd for a nurse to be calling a patient with results, and odder that she gave them to somebody else with the laws unless you signed allowing it.

I did sign for my mother to be allowed, and we let them know before we left if they couldn't get me, to call her and let her know. I could be wrong but I think generally if there is nothing found the nurse often calls and let's patient know everything was ok. If it's something that needs explaining the Dr. Does. I could be wrong though.

Prayers sent. Up and down the spinal area seems to be a common place for cysts, lipomas, etc. Had a couple of them removed myself. You'll be fine, just got my fingers crossed on the nerve issue.
