I had a mouse/squirrel chew up some wires in my truck. Ended up burning out the turbo which resulted in a few other things damaged. At the end of the day it would cost around $10k to fix. Thankfully the dealership warrantied most of it. I just had to pay for $500 hundred for some little electrical box the the rodent chewed up. Dodge wouldn't cover that.

Ya know Bob I agree. I wouldn't stand for that crap. If it were me I would take that as a challenge to my manhood. I would be forced to burn something down.

Had Blue Healer Pup that chewed all the wires out from under my trailers, boat and horse for about 9 months I could not keep the lights working on either one. Fast forward; wife bought a new 4 Runner about 3 months into owning it it quit running- no problem call a wrecker and send it back to the dealership it is under warranty..... Call from dealership next day- cost to replace wiring harness $ 1600.00; me: no sir car is under warranty; dealership: we do not warranty animals chewing wiring harnesses....Free to good home 11 month old Blue Heeler.

If you have Comprehensive coverage on it your insurance will pay for it.
