Dad would holler out one of the kids names to come turn the knob on the TV so he could channel surf.

I call it both and the wife gets mad when I say clicker so that is what I use.........often

Uh Mote and Two troll. It's what my then two year old called it and it still make me laugh. Not him (18 now) so much, but me, yes.

LOL, I still call it "the clicker". My kids look at me like I have a hole in my head

I still remember as a kid being able to watch the actual channel changing knob on the TV rotate every time you clicked the clicker. (we only got about 3 channels anyway).
