How is the theft in that area? Blinds, feeders, cameras ok to be left out? Are you in the area to where there is a regular presence around the property?

How would a county road splitting the property encourage road hunting? Every county road in the state splits 2 properties. I don't get it.

I think if it's a small property with a ton of road frontage it's a problem. If a road splits thousands of acres probably not as costly.. IMO is more about how much open fields are next to a road. Poachers like hay pastures next to roads

How would a road hunter know if it's 100 acres or 10,000 acres? How would a road hunter even know both sides of the road are owned by the same person?

We leave our equipment out year round except for cameras. Cameras come down in January . We haven't had anything stole. We aren't on the property regularly either. I'm not there all the time but I wouldn't consider this your typical county road. It dead ends into about 6 homes where most of the people are 65+ in age. Really the only traffic is people who live there.

It's all woods on this place. No pasture.

Good luck getting it leased. It's a shame you have to wade thru all the smart aleck comments from people who have no intention of leasing the place.

                  Thanks for posting

I know there's always people looking for a place so I thought I would ask here first.
