Sika vs Fallow?

Sika is better than whitetail.
Fallow is good as well

If you had bad sika it was sick or not iced in a timely manner

I have butchered about 100 of each and shoulder mounted both numerous times. I prefer Fallow to Sitka I have both ice aged them and cooler hanging aged them. Both bucks and does of both species. Hope it helps.

Both are excellent. Sika is better in my opinion but fallow is a very close second.

To each his own I guess. I prefer whitetail and axis over fallow or sika .

Agreed. I've had it only once. Didn't care for it. Gamey as could be. I guess Ive had a couple whitetail that were that way too. Maybe I should try another one. I always turn it down after that one.

Axis is my choice ...... Only some larger animals like Elk or Bison have a better taste for my taste buds.

It's all better than nilgai. That was the worst out of all of the exotics I've had.

Man I can't understand what went wrong with your experience, but nilgai is by far the best wild game I've ever had. Everything we got back from the processor was ranked at the top for me.

I couldn't really tell much of a difference between sika and fallow. We had some side by side. They both were really good!
