The only problem I see is I like them so much that now I have to spend more money to replace all my other feeders with these.
I have a couple of the Krivoman directional feeders and even elevated, I have had a heck of a time keeping coons off them. How do you keep the coons out? My first one was missing the whole door within 2 weeks! They totally tore it up. I fixed it, tried to make it more difficult for them to open, everything I could think of short of adding a solenoid switch to force it closed after the spin cycle... I finally gave up and just screwed a 1/2" X 1" piece of wire mesh over the front of the opening once the little door crapped out again. This has been successful at keeping the coons out, but most of the corn just falls right down under the feeder. If I could solve this problem, I'd convert all my feeders over to these directionals. I love the way they throw corn when they can throw it unobstructed by cages.
