Whitetail or fallow?

We may need some help down the road. We get tired of feeding the stupid fallow. They are like cows. They will empty a protein feeder quick. This place is low fence.

I have tried Axis, Blackbuck, Red deer, Elk, and have heard fallow was just as good. So if you are serious I would love to bring my boy down there to get one to try out

Fallow is wonderful table fare. I can't tell which is better, Axis or Fallow. I personally liked the fallow. Enjoy!

haha I've never not eaten an animal I've killed but the ram in my profile pic was the nastiest thing I have ever eaten. Even the backstrap was tougher then thong leather. If its any indicator, even the Mexicans on the other side of the river wouldn't take the meat.

Just my opinion. Fallow is better than Axis. Not as good as Red deer

I have gotten my family to eat all different kinds of wild game and they like it all, but could not bring myself to taking any of the aoudad meat. My kids killed some rabbits the other day and I slow cooked some amazing stew with them and for some reason my wife would not even look at it, kids loved it though.
