Whitetail or fallow?

Found this picture on my game cam. As far as I know there are no Fallow deer in this area. What do you think? Fallow or whitetail?

100% chocolate fallow. We are over run with them around Segovia. They don't taste like axis at all to me.

Id have to agree with speck1 they don't taste like axis. It's not bad though just not the same.

Not as good as whitetail but way better than blackbuck IMO. Meat seems to have more of a purple tint to it.

We may need some help down the road. We get tired of feeding the stupid fallow. They are like cows. They will empty a protein feeder quick. This place is low fence.
