Good motors, find them on sale and then use a coupon and they are a great buy. Get the warranty as well.

This engine is a Honda gx390 clone (13hp) which has been bored out to a 16hp so you get more hp out of the same size of engine.
The longtail I built off of it. I used the motor The past three seasons and have never had a problem.Comment

I have a 6.5 on a mud motor and its a beast. Cranks on the first pull even after sitting a few months. I use it in flooded timber and have to just gently give it gas or it will go to fast for all of the turns I make. I can't imagine what a 13 hp would do.Comment

I have a confession to make on these motors. The one on my kids gocart is a 6.5 HP and it had been sitting out in the pasture for probably 3 years. Gas tank was full of water, flywheel was rusted up. I did a little cleaning and fresh gas and the darn thing fired right up. They are some good motors. And if you burn it up, go buy another for $100.Comment
