I found a new one a week or so ago. CK Seafood here in Abilene (used to be called Chinese Kitchen). Little dive of a place that serves a little bit of every type of food you can think of now - Chinese, Mexican, steaks, seafood, Cajun, burgers..... no theme, just food.

Anyhow, they have a few stuffed burgers that have different things hidden inside the patty. One is called the Charlie Brown Burger. It has ground bacon in the meat, and then they put peanut butter inside the patty. You can get extra bacon on top too. THAT is one good hamburger. It sounds insane, but it is GOOD.

Mine was a Sonic double cheese burger yesterday. Dang it was good! until I logged the calories in! Holy Cow, it alone was more than I've eaten in a day all week.

Tilted the scale at 305 the last day of July 2015. Today I am 225 at 6'4". Still got some belly fat to shed. In the beginning I set goals.like 10 lbs then cheat meal then bump it up to 15 lbs really now cheat meals are not that important to me. Wife and I had a date tonight and I had a 12oz steak and salid with unsweet tea.
Stick to it Ragin nothing tastes as good as healthy feels.

I agree, it is a lifestyle change for sure. That said, my lifestyle is now queso chips and enchiladas once a month not two or three times a week.

If you can stay disciplined with it once every couple of weeks doesn't hurt anything at all. It doesn't ruin nothing. And,,,, because I can.
