    Official Cheat Meal Thread

    So, after I turned 42 my metabolism took a nose dive! About 3 weeks ago I was an entire 33 pounds heavier than the year earlier. I've dropped 11 over the past few weeks. Lots of grilled seafood which I love and lots of green stuff which I hate! [emoji37]

    So this is my first cheat meal in awhile.

    What's your go to, I can't take this crap I gotta eat, meal?

    Tonight mine was ,,,

    Chicken and Andouille Gumbo with Boudin Balls!





    FYI, I blame a lot of that 33 pounds on that terrible crap in Ohio they call food. Barf!!!!!

    A good greasy cheeseburger or any type of Mexican food.

            I try to eat healthy as much as possible but my cheat meal is usually a pizza and a blizzard. Then im good for a couple of weeks. Sucks being healthy.lol

                  I lost 40 lbs last year with diet alone.
                  I had one cheat meal thinking it would be alright.

                  I'm back to my original weight right now....

                  Don't do it if you can help it.

                    When I crossed the 50 line a couple years ago I believe my metabolism completely stopped. I have to watch everything that I eat. No fun at all.

                      My cheat meal is steaks, with about 4 side dishes, beer, wine and whiskey after dessert....it'll make ya fat!

                        4 pieces of honey ham left over and pan fried. Few pieces of bacon. 2 fried eggs. 3 slices cheese. Put all on a toasted hamburger bun with grape jelly on top. Maybe that's weird. I think it's heaven on earth!
