Maybe the person who picked up had met you before and based on that encounter figured your **** doesn't stink so it was safe to take your used toilet.

We never try to sell them when we replace old with new on my jobs but there is always someone that will take the old ones home. I do a lot of high end remodels and I just pulled two cast iron tubs and three top quality long gated toilets from a job and by the end of the day all were loaded up and gone. One of my hands wanted them to install in his house.

I saw that in the little town of Rio Vista out here in the SF Bay delta and said it looked like we were in Texas! No insult intended.

In Japan they used thousands ground up to build the runway bases at Osaka international airport, then paved over with the usual blacktop. Flew through there 20 years ago and thought it was a neat story.

Back in my flint knapping days I would get the tank lids and know other guys that would get the whole toilet.

I've seen some "johnstone" knapped blades and points that were good enough to hunt with.

Very illegal from what I understand.
More than likely, they want the mattresses for the metal springs inside, which they'll strip out and sell by weight.

Everybody needs a spare toilet. They're great for when your buddy has a birthday. I think txoutdoorsman24 is turning 30 this fall . . . .

Yep. Put one on the free listings on Craigslist and had about 5 emails in 5 minutes. Guy drove about 20 minutes to get it that night and begged me not to give it away. I was like, Dude, stop and go to the bathroom at McDonalds if you have to.
