Then talk about how you will solve the problems (future) , not related experience (past tense).
When you shake hands, ask for the job- not I'm looking forward to hearing your decision.
'Tell me about yourself' is not a bio with job, education and family history. It's really 'why should I trust and hire you?'
Good luck.

You're welcome. Why i know this much about how to interview is the bad part.
There are 2 types of interviews, and 2 types of interviewers.
Interviews-
- formal/ structures
- not formal/ meet with different people
Interviewers-
- Sophisticated/ want to control the process
- Do it because they have to/ really have not been trained nor have a process
If you ask the problem question right away, you can gauge if the person is willing to take the bait and says "Heck Yeah! Everybody else talks about themselves, and you're the first who cares about my problems". People are hired to solve problems, very basic.
I've had a manager pick up my resume and wanted me to start at high school and talk about each job and why I left. I asked him to put it down, and let's talk about what his major problem is, what does he still worry about when he goes home at night? We can cover where I went to college and my GPAs later. It turned out I was not the best match for the problems he had, but we figured it out together.
You want to present solutions to their problem, not rehash why you hated your boss 2 jobs ago.
