Frustration with the State, particularly in my county

It is muzzleloader season for the next couple of weekends. Could the shot have been from one of those? Does and spikes are legal fare now as far as I can understand from the book.

I went out to my lease this morning and picked up my generator just in case and the G.W. had 2 trucks stopped beside hiway w/ several guys 1 doe and a bunch of ducks lined up on the tail gates. And he was pretty busy writing in a funny looking notepad! Some folks don't pay much attention to the regs. until somebody points it out to them. I hope he got thier attention.
