I can circle the problem. They're rubber, round, black, heavy, and full of huge knobs.

Polaris, or any manufacturer, does not design their driveline parts to withstands those type tires. You have to build your machine to handle that type of upgrade. If they designed them to run those weight and type tires they'd cost 30k. Which is about what one that's purpose built for that, and reliable, will cost you.

The ones on mine are only 28s. Yes they are a little bigger than factory but not like others I've seen.

I would agree with this as to contributing most problems. Not to mention lift kits, etc... As far as turf mode, haven't heard of any problems with that. Mine stays in turf mode 99% of the time.

I don't dog the crap out of mine. Now sometimes I like to get on it but don't thrash it. Any other problems yall having?

I know mine isnt' in 4x4 all the time but I have no idea what turf mode is, it's not listed on the rocker switch.

I also keep mine on Turf mode to prevent tearing up the place!

When going to fill feeders and such I put in on 2wd..I only use 4WD when I need it


Does having it on 4WD 100% of the time versus turf mode cause more problems or cause more wear/tear over the life of the vehicle?

I've had mine a little over a year and have put a 4" lift and 27" tires on it. It gets driven mostly on county roads and is in turf mode 99.9% of the time. I haven't had a single problem yet.

Off road I use 2wd but road and smooth surfaces I use turf. They say turf mode will go either way.

Dad started using turf mode and never looked back unless necessary to change.
