Missed that part. I just had cold start problems with mine and ended up having to replace all the injectors. Mine fuel pump burnt up a couple months ago, and I guess when it did it sent air through the system because it cracked the nozzles on my injectors.

When my 05' was doing something similar I had one injector replaced.

I'm checking the voltage the whole time I'm driving. I towed about a 6,000 lb boat 100 miles yesterday and it stayed constant the whole time. I have a fuelab fuel pump that's pushing around 70 psi at idle. So I just dump 2 bottles of rev x in the oil to see if that helps? Thanks

It starts up fine even when cold without hesitation.

Bulletproof is broad term, so people interpret it to mean that the EGR cooler is deleted and then the company Bulletproof offers bulletproof egr coolers so it very well may have a operational egr valve in it. Yes on the Rev-x you just dump to bottles in the oil and let her roll, it's that simple. If the EGR valve was hung open it would smoke often. The rev-x will run you about $60 or a little less try that first

Are you plugging in the truck when it gets cold?
