    I use the allegro hickory marinade. Cut into 1/4" strips and marinate in allegro with an onion and a garlic clove over night 15-18 hours even 24 if you want. I mesquite smoke mine though and I think that's where the best flavor comes from. You might be able to get some liquid mesquite smoke idk

      I also used the allegro this time. One original and two hickory. Let the 1/4" strips soak a few hours then dehydrate.

            Heard alot about this allegro. Only saw one at HEB. Wasnt the hickory or spicy like ive heard good things about so i left it. Just PMd Blake about this jerky mix. Cant wait to try it!

              I do mine in Claude's Brisket Marinade, then use either black pepper, cayenne, or Tony's. Nobody complains

                My favorite so far had been Hi Mountain Seasoning. Hickory is my go-to flavor.
