My whole life people have been mispronouncing both my first and last name. While it doesn't bother me to correct someone (except telemarketers, I love hammering them on it. Lol) it makes me glad when someone gets it right. I would imagine that it would be a big plus in the interview for your wife to correctly pronounce the interviewers name.
