We use one with a dirty 15 lite door on it. The glass let's all the light in you need but it's dirty enough you really can't see in.

Only by coercion or outright violence, same with public restrooms. Cedar bushes seem to be the better choice IMO.

This past summer, my water bill doubled for no known reason one month. The next month it went up again even though we tried to reduce water usage. I went to the city and told them I was going to put an outhouse in the back yard so we wouldn't have to flush toilets anymore. My water bill went back down to normal.
