Check with http://shop.totalautomotiveperformance.net/. They are very knowledgable, had the cheapest prices I could find, and great to work with.

Here's my '13 with them and 2" shackles on the back.

I have those same wheels. That looks good. What size are they?

I'm MQ32Shooters son. Like he said, I bought my son a 2004 FX4 that had the spacer installed and the upper A arm boots were busted from bad shocks. Took us all day to put on the 5100's, new rotors/brakes and upper control arms. If you get the adjustable shocks put them on the 2 inch setting and don't use the spacer. I rented the spring compressors from Autozone and it was strait forward but took a long time/effort to get them compressed.

It can be done quicker then 8 hours but we did brakes and A arms plus I was teaching my son how to do it. I can tell you at 46 you can't get up and down 100 times and not be really sore the next day.

Truck ended up about a quarter inch higher than the blocks and the ride was much improved but not overly stiff. He does have a ranch hand on it which adds some weight.

Check with f150lifts I think the 2014 may have a Heim joint vs a urethane bushing for the bottom mount. Yes they are fully assembled. You remove the whole assembly and install a whole assembly. You don't remove the springs and try to remount them like on the bilstein. They come out of the box ready to be installed.

The wheels are 18" factory wheels. If you are asking about the tires, they are LT275/70R18 Goodyear DuraTracs.

I installed Bilstein 5100s on my 2013. Maxxed out at 2.5" I think. Replaced rear 1.5" block with a 3" block to keep some front rake. The shocks do need to be compressed to install the bilsteins. I bought the shocks for $180, and had them installed, including rear blocks for around $200 if I remember correctly.
