Dons out of LA is some of the best ive had and they have several varieties. I give it out for Christmas presents its so good. I was at a training for work up in Wichita falls and some guys from LA were there (sounded like Troy off swamp people) and they even said thats where they get theirs

Yep, Bonfire Wings would be my pick too. The ones at Daniel's Meat Market in Baytown are top shelf also.

            Pyburns Farm Fresh Foods
13824 Almeda Rd, Houston, TX 77053
            (713) 433-6051

Give this place a try. Dang good boudin, sausage, hog head cheese. You name it they got it. While you are there go next door to the convenience (looking at the front of Pyburns it's on the left) and try their boudin balls. Talk about good.

I've been ordering from these folks for a few years. Shipped frozen overnight. I like their Andoullie, also.
