    Anyone shot a Hoyt nitrum?

Found a great deal on a Hoyt nitrum turbo but looking at a carbon spyder turbo. I just am stuck on what to do? Anyone have a nitrum turbo that can chime in? Thanks

I've shot the nitrum and it's pretty sweet. Was looking to upgrade from my switchback and shot the obsession, bow tech , & elite and was dead set on buying the Hoyt. Just can't seem to drop my Mathews .

I shot both the Nitrum Turbo and Carbon Spider. I really liked the CS, and probably a bit more than the Turbo, but not $500 more. I am on cam #2 with a 28" dl. If you like a fast bow you have to PULL back with very little valley and you have the right dl to get the speed the turbo and CS are for you. You want a smoother easier draw bow look into the No Cam. I like working that string back, but I haven't really shot in +25 years when you didn't get more than about 30% let off. I have no problem holding at full draw, but I don't take a lot of time to release either.

I had a guy come in the shop today. He shot ten different bows and picked the Nitrum 34. He had a shorter draw length and wanted to shoot a heavy arrow. At 73(they run a little hot) pounds, it shot his 460 gr arrow at 287 fps on 28" with a #3 cam. He loved it.

I shot a Nitrum turbo and loved it. The bow I shoot now is very aggressive and pretty fast but the Nitrum is faster and shoots way better. I was planning in getting one but now I will have to look at the Defiant Turbo as well I guess. What kind of deals are you finding on the Nitrum now that the Defiant is out?

The draw is very smooth on the draw but shoots like a speed bow.

I am left handed so it is harder to find for me but the nitrum turbos are going for around 650 to 800 on archery talk and ebay

The carbon defiant is the one I really want but won't be even shipping for lefties till mid to late January, I am new to bows. First bow I bought was a Hoyt rampage xt with the fuel cams and just really want a new one.
