What rechargeable flashlight do you use/recommend?????

In the market for a rechargeable light for hunting, I'm tired of spending a arm and leg on cr123 batteries to only last 2 weeks if I'm lucky.

Have been looking at the stream light stinger ds led HL

How is it holding up on the battery? Amazon has it for 140$ with two chargers and extra battery pack

The Stinger is the way to go for a medium sized light. I also have an Ultra-Stinger, which is bigger, and brighter. Batteries last forever, because they were intended to be for a Halogen (I THINK) bulb and I converted it to LED. I can charge it up at the beginning of the season and never have to recharge it unless I use it for tracking at night. I've had the Ultra for close to 15 years and no trouble with it at all.

The regular Stinger is what 99 percent of law enforcement carries. Similar to Glock, that many people who's lives depend on their tools can't be wrong.

I pretty much grab my snap-on ctl761 for everything these days. Dang handy. I do keep an EDC light in my front pocket also, and a LED lenser headlamp but the rechargeble snap-on gets the most usage.

I was turned onto the Cree Q5 Torch from a fellow TBHer awhile back. I was so impressed with this little jewel I bought 20 last year and gave all my employees, a few of my deer lease buddies and my nephews and uncles each one for Christmas.
1600 Lumens will light up the place. It uses the 18650 rechargeable battery and comes with a wall charger. Zoomable and about $7 each...they were a hit and Santa got off cheap!

                          Here you go!

Try one...you won't be sorry, trust me.

I have a couple of Cree headlights and flashlights. Amazingly bright, hold a charge, well made and inexpensive.
