I was a little skeptical, but I got convinced (like most people do) when I tried it myself and it worked.
I took a stick and scraped out a spot on the ground that was directly under a branch who's leaves are low enough for a deer to touch with its face and urinated in it myself. That was on October 8th. By October 10th, you can see the results. I don't know if this was risky putting it right next to the feed pen but it's an 18 yard shot from my stand. I'll post the new bucks as the last pictures, we've never seen them before and they are not regulars.

This doe was the first one to check it out.


Then this regular spent some time there freshening up the area, he's a nice 3.5 year old (we think), I'd like to give him a pass and see what he does over the next 2 years.
These last 2 are the new bucks.



I'm just hoping it creates an excuse for the 2 studs we have visiting this feed pen to come check this scrape at daylight, maybe a mid day stroll. Here's the target bucks:
