Gauging interest in 100 acre Rocksprings lease

I am right next to that place. My place us right off 41 and 335 south one mile. The whitetail numbers are low in that area. Exotic numbers on the other hand will be good if you feed and water a lot. I own 60 acres and always have something coming through. Also lots of pigs in that area.

I think the price is fine. As mentioned, if your going into it looking for an exotic or two then it is a really good price. However, if your looking to kill a big whitetail then that might not be a reality. Whitetail numbers are good but, lacks in quality. Sounds like a cool opportunity for someone. Good luck!

Will let you know. I plan on looking at it in Saturday. I've had 2 people ahead of you show interest. Once I look at it and get some pictures of the place, I'll be offering in the order of interest if I end up leasing the place.

Sounds like a good place. I hope it works out you bud. Just the possibility of an exotic was all I need for my lease.
