Cool. Not too worried about the price as for 3 people it comes out cheap just for hunting exotics. That's all I'm wanting it for

Man this would pay for itself if you could take an exotic or two every year

first thing to do is set you up a game watering system you'll be surprised how the animals will flock to that area

I'm positive $37/acre for that area is high and positive that 100 acres would get crowded in a hurry for three guns.

Nope, definitely not... I typically don't pay 5x market price for anything.

I'd be interested in it for next season. After this deer season is over I'd love to hunt it for Axis

Maybe I could be your third guy come February?

Well judging by the responses on here he shouldn't have a problem filling it up.

I didn't think I was being confrontational. It's a capital market out there which means a seller should be able to sell for whatever the market would bear and I fully support that. However, I also feel like this is a forum where we should look out for each other. I happen to know that market and know that $37/acre is really high. There seem to be some people who don't know the area and I'm simply trying to help them understand what they are getting into. I would certainly hope the favor would be returned if I found myself in the same position. If you take offense to that maybe you should check your moral compass.

Had you stated this ^^^^^ on your first post no offense would have been taken. Glad you cleared it up for the easily offended.

                            Thanks for the info though.

Fair enough. Maybe I took it the wrong way, but I do believe it is a rule to not criticize price etc here on TBH. Sorry if I came off as a Richard head ( )

Will let you know. I plan on looking at it in Saturday. I've had 2 people ahead of you show interest. Once I look at it and get some pictures of the place, I'll be offering in the order of interest if I end up leasing the place.
