Gauging interest in 100 acre Rocksprings lease

I didn't think I was being confrontational. It's a capital market out there which means a seller should be able to sell for whatever the market would bear and I fully support that. However, I also feel like this is a forum where we should look out for each other. I happen to know that market and know that $37/acre is really high. There seem to be some people who don't know the area and I'm simply trying to help them understand what they are getting into. I would certainly hope the favor would be returned if I found myself in the same position. If you take offense to that maybe you should check your moral compass.

Fair enough. Maybe I took it the wrong way, but I do believe it is a rule to not criticize price etc here on TBH. Sorry if I came off as a Richard head ( )

Will let you know. I plan on looking at it in Saturday. I've had 2 people ahead of you show interest. Once I look at it and get some pictures of the place, I'll be offering in the order of interest if I end up leasing the place.
