I went out opening weekend with my brother and as we were setting up my pop-up camper, the pulley mechanism broke.

Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened. Last year, my first time using the pop-up, as I was cranking it up the cables snapped. I paid a guy to work on it and was able to use it 4-5 times last season. Though I had some concerns from when he fixed it. As I crank it up, the cables twist around each other, causing what I believe to be a lot of unneeded pressure on the pulley system. Which is what I think broke it this time.
With all of that being said, it is supposed to be under a "two year warranty" ... But when I call the guy who fixed it, he won't return my calls. If the "warranty" falls through, do any of you know of a good reliable place to work on pop-ups? Or is this something I can fix myself? I'd really like to be able to use it during rifle season.
