How many years have you bow hunted?

15th season coming up. Started back in 2000, 5 years were pretty slow but I'm back in it now.

I bought my first bow when I was 14. I'm 55 now - it's been a while.....lol

My best friend were the first two kids in town to buy bows - at 14 we both bought the same bow - Herters solid wood compounds.......wish I still had it - would be nice to put on the wall......

1985 so I'm going on 30 years.

Shot my first with an osage selfbow at 10 yr old. So been hunting 19+ years. Spent a lot of that time without a lease and chasing ducks, but I am back bowhunting now with a compound.

I guess I could have said I have been bowhunting for 47 years. However I didn't count the rabbit I killed with a bow when I was 12, since I didn't bowhunt again until 27 years later.
