Raining here in west Texas right now. Enjoy the tropical weather.

Go to the isle of San Pedro and get some coconut ice cream. It was amazing. Don't remember the name of the place but our guides took us there. They knew what they were talking about.

Well, we fished hard and mainly focused on tarpon. I believe I jumped 5 tarpon and landed 2. Had a few others follow the fly or strike and not able to hook. Snook were being finicky and we never went to the bonefish or permit flats. Had a good time and learned a lot. I'll be back for sure! I think eye doc landed a bonefish and a couple jacks. He jumped a couple tarpon.

All packed up and will be headed to the airport shortly. This was my first truly dedicated fly fishing trip out of the country. I will do it again. I learned a ton and have a much better idea of some gear I need and knot tying skills I must learn. I hate not being able to totally rig my own stuff. Had a great time in Belize and pretty sure I will be back. Thanks for following the adventure!
