I hunted a ranch for 9 years and never saw one. I started feeding L&E protein and within a few years I would have 1-4 every year after that.

Never seen one in person. Dad shot one in Jack County a few years back. Dropped him in his tracks. Went back to load him up and he was gone. Tracked blood over 2 miles to a live creek that was flooded. Found one drop in the other side and that was it. He was sick!!!!! I still to this day wish we would have checked the creek when the water level went down.

Had a 140" class 10pt show up on camera last season in Jack County with a 2" drop. Buck returned this year with no drop.

I shot this buck back in 2004 in Jack County. Seperate 3rd beam coming off his left side. Closest to a drop as I can get.

I'm 37, never seen one in the wild, hunting mostly in the Spicewood, Burnet, Llano areas.
