We do a lot of driving and glassing until we find what we want and set up an attack plan. They are very difficult to judge. I thought I was getting better at it but last year a buddy of mine shot one that we both thought was pretty nice and when we ground checked him he was not near as nice as we thought. Not even close! lol
Yeah that's what I hear. Everyone says they are hard to judge. I have been reading up on it. I like the diagram in the first website its hard to read though. It says ears=5.5"-6" eye=3"

That pic kinda of sucks (iPhone through binoculars) but that is the biggest one I have ran across so far. On a 300 ac CRP field to. So that isn't too cool.

Just FYI to you potential speed goat hunters. Wyoming USUALLY has left over tags for a lot of units. I went a few years back and had a blast. The unit I went had 170+ leftover tags and the unit was FULL of Antelope; the permits run about $280 (around there) We killed 3 bucks and had fun doing it.

                To the OP. GOOD LUCK!!!

Awesome! Hopefully you have a quick hunt. Got mine located too. Hopefully it doesn't rain too much.

I sure hope it doesn't but the last forecast I checked has a 60% chance all day tomorrow.
