Sold our 2013 ranger. It was a lemon.

Been super happy with the Honda Pioneer so far.

Same. I have a 2008 and a 2019 and never done anything but drive them and change the oil and battery every couple year. Hardest use is pulling an 18' trailer to haul cedar trimmings to the brush pile. No complaints. If I could buy another like the 2008, I'd get it in a heartbeat

Had a 2017 side by side and the head warped. Had I not purchased the extended warrantee it would have cost me two grand for the repair. I sold it the day I got it back from the dealer. I questioned the repair man about this and he told me that they had been having a problem with the heads warping.

        I wouldn't touch another Polaris.

I’ve had 3, 2009 900, 2014 1000 and now a 2017 1000. I’ve had a few sensor issues over the years and broken a couple of front drive shaft CV’s-my fault but nothing major other than braking an upper A Arm Bolt on the 2017. In reading up on this it seems to be a common issue on newer Rangers and Razors. I currently have the 2017 Ranger and a 2022 Can Am Defender Pro - which I haven’t had long but is really handy working and hunting.

All have been lifted and have larger tires. Never changed a belt on any of them.

My Rangers seem to get stolen before I have any trouble with them. 2 in 2 years.

Ive abuse my rangers, and I bought most of them used. I just switched to Can-Am. Its too nice for Mexico so it will stay in the Highfence!

I bought my 2017 Crew XP1000 gently used on here and haven't had a minute's trouble out of it. I used it several times a week on our home place hauling cattle feed, working/checking fences, etc. & I put 10-15 miles on it every time we're @ the deer lease. I love it and hope it lasts a loooong time.

I had a 2013 Ranger 800 and a 2019 Crew 1000 and have had zero problems with either, they are used for working nearly every weekend, haul a lot of corn and just general transportation to and from the blind.... I do regular maintenance on them but that was it.

As of right now, I still have my ‘14 Ranger 900 xp and only issue I had was a fuel pump. Been a fantastic machine. Probably put more miles on it in Colorado than here in Texas.

I now have a ‘22 Ranger 1000 xp crew, bought end of August and put 900 miles on it in Colorado in September. Built a steel roof for it and have front/rear windshields. At our deer lease, between members, we have a Can Am, a Kawasaki Mule FXT, a Honda Pioneer and my Ranger. All have been great machines with pluses and minuses from each one.

I've got a 2013 Kubota. I've replaced the battery and changed the oil and that's it. It's slow, and rough, but zero problems. A lot of my buddies have gotten away from Polaris because of various issues. I think one of the main problems is they are, or at least were, belt driven and they had constant issues with the belts. It takes me a while to get there on the ol' Kubota but I'll make it.

We have a 2018 Polaris 900 4 seater that just quits for some reason.

                            Codes: 655907 & 655917

My niece and her husband have a huge vet clinic in Cave Creek, Arizona. They bought 3, brand new 1000's in 2019 and say they can barely keep one running at a time. They eventually sold the 2 that gave them the most trouble and bought a mini truck. They love the mini truck and have had no problems with it.

That said, I have a Mule and a 900XP and both have been perfect and both get used every day. I think they just got a bad batch.
