I always tip the carhop. My daughter worked there in HS, she made some serious cash. She is now a school teacher and has an excellent work ethic. I think her experience at Sonic and Sonny Bryan's contributed to her inherited work ethic .

What it takes to get that cup from point A to point B is the want to work..... Most I see are college kids and parents looking for extra money.....

If it's some guy ..they get a tip but I'll crack a joke.
If it's a guy wearing Roller skates.. no tip.
