    Hey just FYI. This is a thread (below) to the lease I spoke of in this thread. I can vouch for the owner. He's a good one. This place will be a great one with some management minded hunters.

    Based on the rain already it should be another great year for both deer and quail. The ranch is 17,550 acres 6 miles north of Big Lake. Includes housing, a walk-in cooler, feeders and blinds. Perfect for a corporate lease or large group. I'd like to lease it to one group but will split...
