Still moving good and coming to feed today on my small tract of land in Irion co.
This buck is new today and looks young???

Had another buck I hadn't seen since October show up today with blood on his horns. That had me wondering who he jacked up. Lol

Then this buck showed up and walked through without stopping to feed. When he was walking off to the side of the blind I noticed through the binos he had a round bright red fresh looking bloody area inside one of his rear hams. Guess he's the victim of the bloody9.

Weather is hot for December but the deer are still moving guys! Get after them [emoji106]

I hope so. Wasn't able to go last weekend. Will get there late Friday as I have to go watch my 23 yr old newborn walk across the stage at Tx State Friday at 3:00 in San Marcos. Hope they are still moving. Weather won't be exactly perfect but oh well.

I will be hunting this week. I have t posted much but I've seen some YOUNG stud P&Y's. There's a giant tall rack 8 I'm after. Got some new blinds in and the hunting should get awesome.

I was at the lease in Big Lake. Extremely slow. Not sure what the deal is but we were seeing more deer a month ago than we are now. Just might not be many deer on this property? At least there are plenty of quail to occupy our time.

No I think things just slowed down this week and will pick back up real soon. Most deer probably do not need to go to a feeder yet is the biggest issue.

Man I hope you are right. I know the weather was horrible this weekend but I still was hoping to see at least a few bucks with does. Having so much acreage can kind of be a curse. I can't cover the whole dang place and the other members don't go very much so there are tons of acreage which no one has even been to yet.
