South of Robert Lee on valley view rd, seeing good numbers of deer an turkey

Still not seeing many mature deer coming to corn. Did see a lot of them no shoulders and a few doves though. Quail are everywhere.

Fisher County but as soon as I turned on corn I stopped getting pics from my Covert at the protein.

General that first 9 is pretty, also a BIG 6 point!

I was out this weekend and looks like our deer are about 70-80% shed.

It's VERY dry!
Still haven't seen a rattlebug this summer.
Had a couple new bucks show up but nothing great.
We shot a few dive and I laid down one 150# boar this morning.
I'll throw up some shed pics tomorrow.

That 9 is pretty. If the target buck I had planned on hunting doesn't show up, I might switch to him. I am going to give another guy on the lease first crack though. He is headed up on the opener and I probably won't head up until the second weekend, but I will be there for a full week then. My first full week off since 2011. I am pretty pumped.

was out last weekend, dove numbers were down after the front. deer are looking great on the cameras, and have twenty turkey that are in one field every evening we were there. going down next weekend to throw out more corn at my bow spot and see what's coming to the feeders.

Season is creeping up bump!

I am heading up this weekend to top off feeders and make one last camera pull. I can barely concentrate on work. Taking the whole second week off to go up there and chase.

It's almost here! Not much new on our feeders right now. Does look like bucks are starting to move out of their summer pattern to new grounds.

Anyone have any newcomers or target bucks?its really dry but mesquite beans are dropping heavy!
